You can often combine your camping trip with some exercise while enjoying some hiking and often climbing as well. If you're planning a family camping or hiking trip, you'll need to think a bit about what kinds of food to take with you.

Because camping gear is a little bit less specialized, you would expect it to be easier to pick out. Although hiking on your own can seem like an exiting adventure, it is a lot safer to go hiking in a group. In some areas it rains plenty, so you have to be prepared.

Spend time in shade whenever resting and wear skin protection like hats, sunscreen, light cotton clothing when exposed to the sun. Rope, tarp and sleeping bags will be necessary especially if you are camping out.
