camper van - get creative

There are many outdoor activities you can do, you can go hiking, camping, canoeing, kayaking and so on. Once you go on a camping trip, you will be able to think about nature and how to protect and preserve the beautiful sites that you will see while camping.

Judging by the many accessories in today's RV's, roughing it may not mean the same as it did years ago. New sights, sounds and experiences await them when they go camping, rather than looking at the same four walls, or the same old television. Some types of apples for instance, are only good for a day or so before they get too mushy, so pack some good, durable snacks.

Vegetables are also quite useful for family camping or hiking trips, because they can be cut up in advance, and put into easily carryable plastic bags. The first couple times you go hiking, your arms and legs will be noodle city afterwards.

Hiking trips are not only a lot of fun they are also very beneficial to your health. If you don t dress properly, you can run into a situation where even minimal frostbite occurs. During fire-hazard periods and dry seasons, use portable stoves rather than campfires.

But to the eyes of the man of imagination, nature is imagination itself. Be sure the flashlight you purchase is waterproof, corrosion resistant and has a scratch resistant lens.
